Research Opportunities

• Florida International University, located in Miami, Florida, USA, has two fully-funded PhD student positions within its Department of Civil Engineering. These positions are on CFD modeling (hydraulic structures, heat islands and high-speed air-water flows) using OpenFOAM. Expertise in machine learning/AI is a plus. We look for highly motivated students with great programming skills (Python, C++, etc) and experience in open-source models.
