This course investigates nature of construction costs, funding sources, capital requirements, bonding, insurance, risk, and bidding procedures.

This course stresses quantity take-off and pricing policies, applications of estimating techniques, and use of estimating software.

 

BCN 5626: Construction Cost Analysis and Control

This course investigates different types of estimating techniques in relation to different stages of construction, productivity analysis, measurement of progress, and techniques of cost control.
