Note:  If you have any questions you can contact me for help either by phone or email. However because of my schedule I can only  help based on my availability.  Waiting to the last minute you may find that I might not be available.  Therefore it is to your advantage that you do not wait until the last minute to complete these assignments. Letting me know you need me sooner rather than later gives us both a better chance of scheduling a meeting or answering your questions.
