I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida International University. I am currently working as a graduate research assistant in the Advanced Wireless and Security (ADWISE) Research Lab , headed by Professor Kemal Akkaya. I received M.S. degree from Department of Computer Engineering at Florida InternationalUniversity in 2016 and graduated from Istanbul Technical University at 2013 with a BS in Computer Engineering.
Before joining FIU, I received Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award (SIPGA) award from Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), where I participated in research projects in 2012 and 2013 summer.
My current research interests are Software Defined Networking (SDN), Cybersecurity, Network Security, and IoT.
