You MUST rename the file EMULATOR.EEX to Emulator.EXE in order to run the emulator.

NOTE If you are running on a Windows XP machine, you will have to store and load your "Mold" G-code from a "Flash" drive. This because the Fadal Emulator is a DOS based program.

If you are running Windows 7 or newer, then you must install the "DosBox" software and follow the directions below.


1) Copy this "ENTIRE" Folder to your C: Drive
2) Rename this folder from Fadal Emulator to Fadal_EM
3) Rename the file EMULATOR.EEX to EMULATOR.EXE
4) Copy your Mold G-code program to this same folder
5) Install the DosBox software located in the DosBox Install folder.
6) Start the DosBox program by double clicking on the icon created on your desktop.

***** IF YOU WANT TO HAVE DOSbOX START THE EMULATOR AUTOMATICALLY, SKIP STEPS 7,8 AND 9 and READ the "INSTALL instructions for DOSBox" in the DOSBox folder. *****

7) Mount the Folder Fadal_EM as drive C: by typing: Mount C: C:\Fadal_EM\ the press ENTER key.
8) Type c: then hit ENTER key
9) Type emulator and hit ENTER key.
10) Follow the instructions in the EMULATOR tutorial file if needed to use the emulator.

NOTE:	You can toggle FULL SCREEN on and off by pressing Alt-ENTER
	You can speed up the processor by pressing Ctrl-F12 a few times

To EXIT DOSBOX program, type EXIT at the C: prompt.
