From the 
menu, select NetWare Utilities > Send Message.
Double-click a server to see a list of the users connected to that server.
Enter the message.
Select the users or groups.
Click Send > OK.

Click Send > OK.
The Send Message Results dialog box shows the users and groups the message was sent to.
Choose multiple users or groups by using the Shift or Ctrl keys with the Up- and Down-arrow keys or by dragging the mouse.
The users shown are those connected to the server.
The groups shown are those listed in the bindery or bindery emulation context.
