We focus our research on design and fabrication strategies that allow the development of novel devices whose operating principle take advantage of physical scaling down to the sub-100 nm level. Our current research interests are focused on 2 main areas:
Nanophotonics – the development of integrated optic platforms that integrate nanoscale optical elements into active devices
Nanofabrication for Biosensors/bioprobes – research the integration strategies for sensing at the nanometer scale relevant for biomolecules and organisms.
