Download the application form from the Registrar office web site or here (when it is available.)
Complete and submit the form to the program coordinator for evaluation and approval.
Specific for Fall 2009:
Please register the courses offered as a non-degree student and complete the certificate application later when the official program registration process is in place. Your application will not be denied if you are qualified for taking those courses. Consult with the program coordinator and course instructor for more information.
