Plasma Spray Process

Please follow these steps:

Turn on .
Turn on Water Flow.
Initiate Gas Flow.
Start Plasma Gun.
Turn on Powder Flow and spray.

Gas Cables

Plasma Console. Operate process from this machine.

Powder Feeder. Feeds powder to be sprayed to the gun.

Plasma Gun. Tip @ 10,000 K. Melts powders and sprays it onto substrate.

Primary/Secondary Gas Tanks. Feed gas for gun ignition.
