David Axel Virzi is an undergraduate research assistant in Plasma Forming Laboratory. He is pursuing his BS in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Material Science and Aerospace Engineering and a minor in International Relations. His research interests lie within composite materials for cost and weight reduction of current commercial airplane systems as well as for ultra high temperature applications experienced in the aerospace industry.
