Lab News:

Assistantship for Ph.D. study may be available in Photonics Research Lab.  Our laboratory is an interdisciplinary group with a common unifying research interest: development and application of optical-based techniques to material processing and biomedical research.  Applicants with following research interests and background are encouraged to apply: ultrashort radiant energy transport phenomena, optical tweezers and particle manipulation, cryopreservation technology of oocytes and embryos, biofluid mechanics analysis for cytoplasmic reorganization, solid mechanics analysis for cell division, and bioheat transfer/biofluid mechanics research in cellular scale.
