Dr.
Dennis (Ching-Hua) Fan
is currently a lecture at the
Department of Mechanical
and Materials Engineering,
Florida International
University
(FIU). He joined FIU in Fall 2002 after one-year postdoctoral
training at
University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dr. Fan received his Master and Ph.D. degrees in the
Department of Mechanical Engineering,
State University of New York at Stony Brook
in 1998 and 2001, respectively. He received the B.S. in the
Department of Mechanical Engineering,
Feng Chia University,
Taiwan in 1992. Please refer to the
Curriculum Vitae page
for more details.
Dr. Fan's research
interests focus on the investigations of novel ultrafast laser-based
techniques for measuring, materials processing, microfabricating, and
nonlinear imaging biomedical and microscale engineering systems.
He is also serving his professorship and collaborating with other
faculties in
Advanced Materials
Engineering Research Institute
and
Department of Biomedical
Engineering. Please visit
his
research page
for more detailed information.
Current collaboration
with other research groups and laboratories has established strong
connection for ultrafast laser-based researches in a variety of
perspectives. For further ideas regarding the research
collaboration, please visit
